Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that we’ve accepted it; acceptance happens when we ship. We may cancel and refund any order (for example, due to stock or pricing errors) and will notify you promptly if so.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we’ll contact you with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund and Returns Policy (30-day returns on most items).

Product Information & Pet Safety

We describe products as accurately as we can, but natural materials vary slightly in color and texture. Always supervise your pet with new toys and chews, choose the right size, and remove any damaged item. Product information is not veterinary advice — consult your vet about your pet’s diet and health.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to purchase.
