Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JoyFluff. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. We ship worldwide.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email listing the items you ordered and your shipping details. Please review this carefully — especially the street number, unit, city, state/region, and postal code — and contact us right away if anything is incorrect. If you don’t see a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out to us.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 15 business days of payment. Processing covers quality-checking, packing, and handing your parcel to the carrier. During peak periods — major holidays, large sales events, or other high-volume times — processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay on your order, we’ll email you.

Shipping Methods, Times & Costs

Shipping time is the time in transit after your order has been processed and dispatched. It does not include the processing window above. Shipping times and costs vary by destination, as shown below.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is held for customs inspection. While we do everything we can to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your item ships, your shipment confirmation email will include your order number and a tracking number. You can usually track your parcel on the carrier’s website around 24 hours after it ships.

When your parcel reaches your destination country, your local postal service may take over final delivery. You’ll be able to follow it on your local carrier’s website using the same tracking number. If tracking shows a parcel could not be delivered, please contact your local post office first — since they’re physically handling the package, they often have details we don’t.

Tracking information stays active for 60 days. Please contact us within this window if you need help, as we may be unable to assist with tracking after it expires.

Delivery & Damaged Items

We take every reasonable precaution to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 3 business days of delivery, and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If possible, note any visible issue with the delivery (a crushed, torn, or soaked package) with the carrier at the moment you receive it. This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you realize your order is going to the wrong address, email us at [email protected] as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to update it, but we can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Returned Addresses

Your order ships to the address entered at checkout. Any package returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped, but the re-shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
