Refund and Returns Policy

We want your pet to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple — that’s our 30-Day Happy Paws Guarantee.
Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Gently “tried on” collars and harnesses are fine — we get it, sizing pets is hard.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food and treats can only be returned if defective or damaged.
- Final-sale items (marked on the product page) cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (for defective or incorrect items) or return instructions.
- Drop the package off and you’re done.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll email you when it’s on the way. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order — we’ll prioritize it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or full refund right away — no return required in most cases.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For other returns, a flat $6.95 label fee is deducted from your refund, or you may use your own carrier.
