Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Most orders are processed within 15 business days, then shipped to your door.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $7.99, and it’s free on orders over $69. Expedited shipping is available for $19.99. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.

How long will my order take?

Standard shipping arrives in 7–30 business days and expedited in 11–15 business days, after the processing window. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number you can follow on the carrier’s website (usually active within 24 hours).

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re sorry! Email [email protected] within 3 business days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll sort it out right away.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. When in doubt, measure your pet and size up — and feel free to email us for a personal recommendation.

Are your materials safe for pets?

Yes. Every JoyFluff product is made from non-toxic, skin-safe materials and built with vet-approved design. Your pet’s safety is the whole point.
